We all know a funny and nasty old man with bright colored shirts - that's what made me think of Master Roshi. I went with blue outsoles to represent ocean water to tan midsole for sand, ending with green grass and the Kame house front panel. Had to go with an OG Hawaiian print shirt and Roshi's cane for the swoosh. Turtle shell for back panel and rope laces that are attached to his back. Last, but certainly not least, Bikini Top tongue tags, that I know would catch Roshi's attention.
